The way we work
Inspirations
We
owe a great number of our design to the inspiration of our
artists - people who have dedicated themselves to beautifying
our grey surroundings. Their work can be admired not only in
our homes or in various art exhibitions but also in children's
books and other publications, even art albums . Working with
children filled their heads with plenty of ideas useful for
the "Artystyczna Skrzynia". We hope that their ingenious
pieces of art will surprise you as much as they did us.
Looking for inspirations for designs, our artists are constantly
being provided with up-to-date-materials connected with the market
needs. Plenty of ideas were born after visiting German shops
whose product range was similar to ours.
Our
products are focused around two main types of decorations: Christmas
decorations and floral designs. However, Easter and Halloween
based ornaments are also produced.
Our company can also meet individual needs: adding a unique logo
or other text, changing colours or even creating totally new designs.
Hand work
Every product made by our company is made by hand, and every
single stage of production is connected with using our bare
hands. Our artists take care to make the products unique,
one-off. We work with artists, painters and others who we
trust implicitly, as both we and they share the same desire
to satisfy even the most demanding customers. Moreover, we
do our best to make our ornaments elegant, which can be extremely
difficult nowadays.

After cutting out and polishing every element of the ornament
our studio transforms them into... part of a charming, fabulous
world. The painters create real masterpieces out of them.
Assembling and packing all the accessories is the final step.
We are sure that the effect can be easily observed. It mustnt
be forgotten that hand made products are unique and may differ
slightly from one another. The designs may repeat, nevertheless,
slight differences in the shade of paint or size (+\- 1mm)
are visible.
Our products
contain a legal certificate guaranteeing that they have been
handmade in an artists studio.
Quality
This is the most important element of our policy. Each item
is thoroughly checked. Any faults mean the product is rejected.
If any of our products does not come up to your expectations,
please contact us. We will exchange it for a new one without
hesitation.
Transport
Each product is individually packed in a decorative box with
a see-through lid. Every box is padded with colourful sisal,
which is considered both a decorative and protective element.
All the accessories are characterised by their extreme delicacy,
therefore, they have to be transported with the utmost care.
It is our duty to deliver them to our customers in perfect
condition.
Obviously,
if the customer wishes, products may be delivered in larger
consignments.
Our products are sent abroad both by traditional mail and airmail.
We do our utmost to ensure the goods are delivered on time.
The cost and terms of delivery are negotiated with reference
to the individual order. Nevertheless, it must be remembered
that the goods we produce are not held in stock due to the great
variety of our customers' tastes.
The final terms of every order are arranged according to the
number of orders being dealt with at the same time. Christmas
arrangements are the most popular among our clients. Therefore,
orders are accepted from May to the end of November. Short term
orders are possible, nevertheless, they are arranged individually
and always after verification of ongoing orders.
